MAMA + initiative

"It's either fate, or God took pity on us," says mother Natalya, who, together with her ten adopted children, evacuated from the Kyiv region because of the war.

— When we arrived in Lviv on March 5th, we immediately wanted to go home. The station was full! One woman miraculously accommodated us in a hallway where there was a rug on the floor. At that moment, it seemed to us that we had found ourselves a VIP seat.

Later, volunteers helped the family settle in a kindergarten. Later, thanks to a priest, the family was helped to find a private house. Mom remembers that when they saw where they would live, their happiness knew no bounds — everyone had their own beds, beautiful views, a playground under the windows.

Online learning has become a challenge for children. Their computers stayed at home. The lessons were connected from phones - two or three to one. Thanks to benefactors, it was possible to provide the family with computers. And also  to bring humanitarian aid to the family — food kits and bed linen.
