About us

Ukrainian Education Platform – is an all-Ukrainian cross-sectoral network that unites and strengthens the capacity of the country's regions, implements innovative social initiatives, introduces technologies, projects, and educational programs. Founded in 2000 in Lviv (until 2021 – CO «Lviv Education Foundation»).

Since 2010, the organization has supported more than 1,200,000 children from families in difficult life circumstances. Since 2019, the Ukrainian Education Platform has been a member of FICE International, and since 2018 – of the Ukrainian Child Rights Network.

The community of national partnerships of the CO «Ukrainian Education Platform» includes more than 400 organizations. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than 85 of them have become strongholds and 11 support centers, joining a wide network of partners.

We believe in Ukraine and Ukrainians, unite, educate, and support people who create changes in their communities and cultivate responsibility.

The Ukrainian Education Platform cherishes Ukrainians' responsibility. The responsibility that, along with dignity and courage, inspires people in our country to do incredible things: rescue, shelter, fight for every piece of land, for everyone who suffers from the occupiers.

Our values

Faith in Ukraine
We value our Ukrainian identity, state sovereignty and our native language. We work for the development of Ukraine. We create a country of responsible people by strengthening the self-reliance of communities. We promote such values as dignity, loyalty, self-awareness and civic responsibility.
Respect for the dignity of every person
We value human life above all else and treat everyone without prejudice. We stand up for the dignity of every individual, avoiding discrimination and injustice. We respect and recognize the uniqueness and importance of each person, regardless of their social status, religion, ethnicity, health status or other characteristics. We contribute to the creation of a tolerant society with zero tolerance for any human rights violations, where everyone has the opportunity to realize their potential and live in safety and dignity.

Responsible leadership
For us, responsibility is the highest moral quality of a person, the ability to act and create change. For us, being free means being responsible. We take responsibility for our deeds, actions and inactions, realizing their consequences in the future. We act for the sake and in the interests of Ukraine and its citizens. By our own example, we encourage proactive communities to take a responsible and proactive position.
Synergy through cooperation
We mutually strengthen cross-sectoral teams to create change in the country and strengthen the capacity of the regions through the implementation of social initiatives at the national level. We are building an all-Ukrainian cross-sectoral partnership network of the Ukrainian Education Platform.

We, the Ukrainian Education Platform, educate, support, and create networks because we believe that a sense of responsibility is necessary and crucial for our country.

We develop Ukrainian communities by strengthening and supporting young people, religious communities, social sector professionals, local governments, local volunteers, public and charitable organizations.
