WOWoman
The program has been implemented since 2021 by the Ukrainian Education Platform and has more than 50 graduates and more than 25 completed projects.
During the modules, participants acquire knowledge and skills that enhance their leadership potential and promote up by the «career ladder».
Project goal: To enable socially active and ideological women to develop leadership skills. The program is adaptive to the challenges of the times and helps to adapt to different conditions and environments. The project consists of educational support, mentoring, and funding for some of the projects. Program participants have the opportunity to share their experience in different fields and in different regions of the country.
In 2024 the project was for the first time implemented in cooperation with the Institute of Leadership, Management and Coaching. Also for the first time we collaborated with Jungle. Specially for this stream a WOW-cosmetic bag was designed, 20% of its sales was directed for the grant for WoWoman participants. As a result of this cooperation we managed to collect 20 000 UAH and granted it to one participant for her sewing workshop project.

Spiritual and formational program implemented by the Ukrainian Educational Platform in cooperation with the Patriarchal Commission on Youth of the UGCC
The project aims to unite active Christian youth from all over Ukraine, aged 18-25, and provide them with holistic spiritual formation and the necessary knowledge to lead a decent and active Christian life.
The program lasts for 1 year and includes a combination of online and offline activities, including offline retreats, spiritual support, marathons, social volunteering, online courses, etc.
Active Church in the community
An online project of educational and grant support for social initiatives carried out by active representatives of the community and religious organizations in their communities throughout Ukraine
Project goal: To provide support for social initiatives implemented by religious communities and activists in their communities throughout Ukraine, as well as to identify those communities and associations that can become participants in the next, more comprehensive, educational and grant programs.

Social innovations of communities
Project goal: Support and development of Christian communities in cities and towns across Ukraine
«Social Innovations of Communities» is an educational program to support and develop Christian teams engaged in social ministry throughout Ukraine. The team consists of a priest or pastor and an activist.

School of Responsible Ministry
Project goal: To teach active parishes and communities to scale up their projects and gradually develop the community. To create independent and responsible communities.
This is a one-year modular training program combined with the practical development of a community-specific strategy for further work with target groups, the community, and businesses. During the training, participants work on their own projects and develop local fundraising methods with the support of mentors. Upon completion of the program, they participate in a grant competition and have the opportunity to receive funding to implement their projects, which will allow them to develop their community consistently and sustainably.

Alumni community
Ukrainian Education Platform has a community of all our program alumni. This community is a platform for development, cooperation and staying in contact after education programs. Its aim is to provide the UEP’s alumni with extra development opportunities and tools for creating cross sectoral cooperation and networking at different levels.
As for the end of 2024 the Community consists of 200 participants. Thanks to our partners Kerk in Actie’s support, we are able to provide extra opportunities for learning, mentorship and individual consultations to enhance hromadas’ and our alumni’s initiatives development.
Conscious citizenship
The approach, lifestyle, and principles that the Ukrainian Education Platform integrates into its educational programs. The main goal of this direction is to develop behavioral change and thinking regarding conscious/active citizenship.
The program is implemented in the form of training sessions that we conduct throughout Ukraine. The training sessions are based on the seven principles of conscious citizenship developed by Iren Danysh.

Youth Friendly Parishes
A program of youth exchange for active parishioners from Ukraine to local parishes in the Netherlands, which is a platform for cultural international exchange of experience and development as a youth leader based on Christian values.
Project goal: To make an international youth Christian community, to highlight the Church for young people as a platform for personal and spiritual growth.
The result of the exchange is the enrichment of cultural experience, expanded vision of young people on Christianity in an international context, and the creation of strong friendships between participants. This program is about spreading values, enriching personal experience, and ordinary friendships & relationships that contribute to building an international Christian youth community.
