 List of documents that will make up the tender offer: completed specification (Appendix 1), completed tender offer (Appendix 3), constituent documents, letter of confirmation of agreement with the terms of the draft contract and/or proposal for the draft contract, documents confirming compliance with the qualification criteria, other documents or copies of documents, other information, the list of which is determined by the procurement documentation.
