The Charitable Organization "Ukrainian Education Platform" invites all interested suppliers to participate in the open tender procedure for the procurement of passenger transportation services in Kharkiv Oblast within the framework of the project “Provision of Multisectoral Assistance: Multipurpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), Psychosocial Support (PSS), and Humanitarian Repairs for War-Affected People in Kharkiv Oblast,” implemented with funding from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).

Passenger transportation services must be provided using vehicles that have passed technical inspection, hold a valid compulsory civil liability insurance policy for vehicle owners, comply with safety, comfort, occupational health, and environmental requirements, and are in proper technical and sanitary condition. Vehicle type: passenger car, year of manufacture not earlier than 2015, passenger capacity of at least 5 persons including the driver, with space for transporting baggage, namely banners, brochures, tablets, training materials, personal belongings of the mobile team specialists, etc.

Approximate travel routes:

• Kharkiv city – settlements in Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Izium, and Kupiansk districts – Kharkiv city;
• Izium city – settlements in Kupiansk district – Izium city.

To participate in the tender, the following must be submitted:

• a completed tender proposal, including information about the participant and the price offer;
• constituent documents;
• a letter confirming agreement with the terms of the draft contract and/or proposals regarding the draft contract;
• documents confirming compliance with the qualification criterion (copies of vehicle registration certificates (if using own vehicles), or copies of vehicle lease/sublease agreements; or copies of leasing agreements; or other documents confirming the right to use the vehicles);
• a copy of the valid license for passenger transportation issued by the relevant authority in accordance with Ukrainian legislation;
• a copy of the compulsory civil liability insurance policy for the vehicles used to provide the services.
